Caffrey and Danielle Staub finalized their divorce on the 21st of February, just 10 months after they tied their wedding knot in a lush Bahamas beach ceremony in May. But their bond went straight down the gutter after the relationship ended and there have been a lot of allegations between Staub and Caffrey in terms of what exactly happened in their marriage. Fans watched Marty's ill-fated wedding with Danielle and were all confused by it since it felt like such a plot twist.

Staub mentioned that he had been physically and emotionally abusive towards her during the relationship which is the reason she filed a restraining order against him. Furthermore, she added that Caffrey had recorded their sex tape without her consent and threatened to publicize them. She went to accuse him of abusing her daughters too.

However, Danielle Staub's ex-husband Marty straight off referred to it as slander and fabrication saying that if he were guilty of any of these things, she wouldn't wanna reconcile which she tried to do after a couple of days of their divorce. He added: Danielle will go to any depth to slander people and be the victim. He then added that because of his ex-wife's string of absurd claims, he'd resorted for a cease and desist filing and was really serious about it.

As of now, it looks like Marty Caffrey has moved on from his previous divorce, and is dating a woman named Annette Naif. “We are just beginning.” Caffrey shared with All About The Tea. “We have been dating for over a month now. I wouldn’t date until my divorce was final.”

Staub is Caffrey’s second ex-wife. He had previously tied his knot to Gail Marie Sincavage of New Jersey. The former couple of Caffrey and Sincavage are parents to three children named, David, Allison, and Lauren.
