Jennifer Candy has been married to Bryan Sullivan since October 27, 2012. Bryan is the brother of American actor Chris Sullivan. Candy revealed in an interview that she and her brother-in-law were in college together and that is how she met her future husband.

Candy grew up in Los Angeles, and her summer vacations were spent on the family farm in the North of Toronto. She graduated as a Theatre Art Major from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, California. She then moved to Chicago to work and study at Second City Chicago, but moved back to LA after two years.
